Earlier this month I made a pan of caramel swirl marshmallows. After they had cured over night, I started to cutting them into smaller pieces, and I couldn’t help but take a picture of the lovely swirl in them! Later I dipped all the sticky edges into a cornstarch/powdered sugar mixture to keep them from sticking to each other.
